Just a few words about the snowballfight of the winter 2006-2007

It's always fun to visit other sites, especially at wintertime and christmastime.
Playing a game like the snowballfight ads to the fun.

This autumn I also played in a game, and I was delighted there wasn't a prize for the person who had the most on the site.

That took away the feeling that's created about the past "total number games".
I carefully went to all the sites involved. Got the emails, and send all persons a package with cards, a tosser and more.
Ofcourse my friends showed their friendship, and soon their tossers moved and danced on my site.
But there were also huge silences from people who didn't bother at all to send me their tosser, even though they'd put mine on their site.

After so many years at this corner of internet I know the friendshipcircles, and it was kind of painful to see how they pushed up the numbers to win, and didn't bother about people outside their group.

So I don't think giving a prize to the person with the most throwers is fair.

I won't go for the most this time.
But I'll go for the pleasure and the fun.

I'll enjoy your pages, the feel of your sites, and the christmasspirit.
Christmas after all, is not a time to keep everything to yourself, or to have the most.
It's the time of sharing.

In the old days people couldn't even survive the winter without sharing the harvest, and bundling the efforts and care for each and every individual.

So enjoy your visits to sites all over the world, and keep the good sense of community.
